At 809 Enterprise, we value your commitment to advancing your career by obtaining your CDL license through our educational programs. We understand that scheduling conflicts may arise, and this Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be granted.
1. General Policy

No Refunds After Attendance: Once you have attended or completed any portion of a class, no refund will be issued.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [Insert Contact Email] or through our official cancellation process.
2. Refund Schedule for Cancellations
Refund eligibility is based on the time of cancellation before the scheduled class:

Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the class start date:
✅ 100% refund -
Cancellations made within 72 hours to 7 days before the class start date:
✅ 75% refund -
Cancellations made within 48 hours before the class start date:
✅ 50% refund -
Cancellations made on the same day of the class or no-shows:
✅ 40% refund
3. Processing of Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days of approval.

Administrative or processing fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund.
4. Special Circumstances
In cases of verified medical emergencies, unforeseen military duty, or other extraordinary circumstances, 809 Enterprise may, at its discretion, provide exceptions to the refund policy. Documentation may be required.
5. Agreement to Policy
By enrolling in our classes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
